THE ‘YOU’ IN YOU WINS

  

Apostle Paul speaks of the hidden man of the heart. That is the you that is in you. The visible you is not the you that puts you over. It is the unseen you who wins the fight. The seen you may be very attractive or very repellant. 

It is the unseen you with whom we really wish to become acquainted. It is the unseen you, this hidden man of the heart who runs the whole machinery, who is the boss of the institution.

He is the man who is to build you into success. He is the fellow who raises the money to put you over. He is the one who makes the seen you come across and make good. It is to him I am writing.

I am trying to reach him and cause him to make the seen you study, work and make yourself worthwhile in life’s game. It is the unseen you who makes the seen you worthwhile and makes you do things that have commercial value, who makes you do things that the world is waiting to have done.


I am saying to the unseen you, get behind the seen you . Make him work, make him study, make him dig until he has won the fight.

Revealed! THE WORLD AND YOU

THE QUESTION IS OFTEN ASKED, what should be the relationship of the followers of Christ with the world system? So many have tried to withdraw entirely from the systems due to the fear of being corrupted. Moving around town some months ago, on the streets of Ilorin, Kwara State, I was especially drawn to the various business enterprises around town, but most especially the big eateries. I do not really know the owners of these enterprises but one thing I’m sure of - they are patronized by Christians as well. CHRISTIANITY IS NOT SYNONYMOUS WITH INFERIORITY The mentality of a consumer is so rampant in the Christian faith – some of which sprang from the idea that since Jesus is coming soon, we need not invest in something that would be of lasting value. WALK IN LIGHT

Ephesians 5:8-14 8 - Apostle Paul was talking about two different dispensation and their realities. The old man is darkness, the new man is light...the default state of a new man is light, hence the walk as children of light 9 - the seed of God is sown in the new creation man at salvation. The fruit includes goodness, righteousness and truth 10 - the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit in us makes us know what is acceptable of the Lord. This requires a daily communion. Just the same way you know what dad likes and dislikes through daily interactions with him 11 - I told you earlier that light exposes darkness. This scripture has confirmed that. Have no fellowship/communion with the unfruitful works of darkness rather fellowship with the fruitful works of light 12 & 13 - light does not fear being exposed, only darkness does.
